Capital Improvement Grants may be available to bona fide community halls that exist solely for the use of community residents and are owned and operated by the organization as a community hall. They are provided on a matching basis equal to 50 percent of actual costs to a maximum of $10,000 for each grant. The work must not be completed before the grant application is approved.
Applications for 2026 Capital Improvement Grants will open on December 1, 2025 and close February 28, 2026.
